PII ve intel bx440 anakartı PII600ve HP370 anakart ile değiştirdim.Bilgisayar narmal bir şekilde açılıyor.Tam işletim sistemi açılacakken.
YOUR PC HAS ONE OF THE following problems
if your PC is a small form foctor model ,the accessorry board bracket(the part which contains the PCI slots) is not located correctly into mother board.
if your PC is a desktop or a minitower model,the power supply fan is not connector .Ensure that the power supply fan cable is connectedin the "power suppyl fan "connector on the motherboard .

detaya tıladığımda ise;
the top rear cooling fan is blocked or unplugged .this fan is required to keep the temperature in the processor area within acceptable parametres
WARNING:Improper processor cooling can result in system malfunction
1.power of the Pc and check that the fan connector is firmly connected.
2.check that nothing is blocking the fan blades.
3.if the error persists, your cooling fan may need to be replaced.
